Gather.

Behind the scholarship, the schedule, and the performance expectations is a person — one who is navigating pressure, identity, transition, and purpose, often without a space to process any of it out loud.

Feast & Fellowship is a student-athlete-only conversation series on select college campuses — gathering athletes from across all sports, because different experiences around the same table is where the real conversation begins.

There's a conversation student-athletes can ascend from. Feast & Fellowship exists to start it.

Randi’s story with athletes began long before Feast & Fellowship—it started on the track.

She competed in track and field at the University of Georgia , where she earned All-American honors. Through her experience as an athlete, she developed a deep understanding of the discipline, pressure, and identity that come with competing at a high level.

After earning her MBA, Randi built her career in the sports industry, working with Sports Trust where she helped strategically manage and grow the brands of professional athletes including DeMarcus Ware, Bryan Urlacher, Julio Jones, Ryan Tannehill, Dont’a Hightower, Keith Brooking, Andrew Whitworth, & Eddie Lacy among many others.  She later went on to shift her focus to solely manage the career and post-career ventures of NFL Hall of Famer DeMarcus Ware.

Her work has always extended beyond contracts and branding—it has been about stewarding the person behind the athlete.

Today, as Co-Founder and Executive Director of Feast & Fellowship, Randi brings that same heart into every gathering—creating spaces where athletes can step away from performance, be seen fully, and begin to explore who they are beyond the game.

She is also a trained NLP coach and certified through the International Coaching Federation, continuing her commitment to supporting athletes in their personal growth, identity, and purpose.

Erica’s connection to athletes also began on the track. As a sprinter at the University of Central Florida, she competed indoors and outdoors, including relay teams, and still holds a UCF indoor record. It was there—freshman year—that she met Randi, forming a friendship that would continue long beyond their time in competition.

After graduating and earning her Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Erica built a career rooted in both creativity and human development.

She went on to open her own photography studio, where she remained deeply connected to the sports world—capturing athletes at the highest level, including working with names like Dwyane Wade, Serena Williams, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, and DeMarcus Ware. Her work has spanned major moments such as Hall of Fame inductions, All-Star events, and international events, giving her a unique lens into both the public and private lives of athletes.

Alongside her creative work, Erica is a trained NLP coach, certified through the International Coaching Federation, and has spent years coaching individuals and organizations, as well as speaking at conferences—helping others grow in clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As Co-Founder and Creative Director of Feast & Fellowship, Erica brings intention to every detail—designing environments where athletes feel safe, welcomed, and free to have conversations that go beyond the surface.
